Access to Alabama Trial Court images is available online through Alacourt.com in accordance with the following price schedule:
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MONTHLY IMAGE SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE:
$5.00 for the first 20 pages per county per day, then $0.50 per page thereafter.

$10 PACKAGE |
includes UNLIMITED ACCESS to cases with attorney code as attorney of record PLUS, up to 50 pages of other images ($0.20 per page value). All pages in excess of 50 will be billed at $0.25 per page. |
$20 PACKAGE |
includes UNLIMITED ACCESS to cases with attorney code as attorney of record PLUS, up to 150 pages of other images ($0.133 per page value). All pages in excess of 150 will be billed at $0.20 per page. |
$50 PACKAGE |
includes UNLIMITED ACCESS to cases with attorney code as attorney of record PLUS, up to 500 pages of other images ($0.10 per page value). All pages in excess of 500 will be billed at $0.15 per page. |
NON-LAW FIRM CUSTOMERS
100 PAGE PACKAGE $20 per month |
Includes 100 pages per month ($0.20 per page value). Pages in excess of 100 will be billed at $0.25 per page. |
300 PAGE PACKAGE $50 per month |
Includes 300 pages per month ($0.166 per page value). Pages in excess of 300 will be billed at $0.20 per page. |
500 PAGE PACKAGE $75 per month |
Includes 500 pages per month ($0.15 per page value). Pages in excess of 500 will be billed at $0.20 per page. |

“ACCESS” includes any of the following: (1) viewing the document online, (2) printing a paper copy of the document, or (3) downloading a storable copy of the document.
1 Packages may be changed at any time, however, package content and billing will be effective as of the first of the following month.
2 Packages are only available to Alacourt.com subscribers.
3 Based upon User ID = Attorney Code
4 Firm members may share pages included in package (by Customer ID)
5 Package includes access to one attorney code for unlimited access to cases of record
6 Law Firm must have User ID for each package purchased.
