The State of Alabama's Unified Judicial System maintains the State Judicial Information System which contains trial court data for each of Alabama's 67 counties. All currently active cases are maintained in the system. Most Counties also have disposed cases, some going back as far as the late 1970's. The State's computer system was started in 1983, and has now grown to cover every County, and includes:

Attorney Case Information
Attorney Tracking
allows a subscriber to choose an attorney and track all future court settings. The subscriber receives an email notification the day following the day that a new court date is entered into the state system. The subscriber may also elect to receive reminders of this setting 60 days, 30 days, 10 days, and 1 day prior to the setting.Attorney Tracking also allows a subscriber to view all future court settings for an attorney in a graphic calendar format
Case Monitoring
allows a subscriber to enter a case number and monitor future changes in that case record. The subscriber receives an email notification the day following the day that the change is entered into the state system. The notification email shows the old information, along with the change .
Name Tracking
allows a subscriber to enter a name and the system monitors this name on a daily basis and notifies the subscriber if the name appears as a party in new case filing.
